About TKLCare
A UK healthcare organisation built around one idea: people do best in their own homes, supported by people who know them.
Who we are
TKLCare Limited is a UK health and social care provider based on Rainham Road South in Dagenham. We support young adults, adults and older people who need help to stay independent, safe and well at home, whether that is a few visits a week or round-the-clock support.
We keep our approach simple. We listen first. We agree a plan with you, not for you. And we make sure the people who visit are well chosen, well trained and well supported, because that is what makes the difference to your day.
Care in England is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and we work to the fundamental standards it sets: person-centred care, dignity and respect, consent, safety, protection from abuse, good food and drink, suitable equipment, a clear complaints process, good governance, enough skilled staff, fit and proper staff, and openness when things go wrong.

How we keep people safe
- Safe recruitment. Every member of staff has identity, right-to-work, reference and enhanced DBS checks before they work with you.
- Training and supervision. New staff complete an induction and the Care Certificate. Staff who help with medicines or specialist tasks are assessed as competent first, and we carry out regular spot checks.
- Safeguarding. Everyone has the right to live free from abuse and neglect. We take every concern seriously, act on it, and work with the local authority and other agencies.
- Risk assessment. We look at your home and your needs together, covering moving and handling, falls, fire safety and medicines, and agree sensible ways to manage risk.
- Your information. We keep your records confidential and secure, and handle them in line with UK data protection law.
