How TKLCare Limited uses the information you give us through this website. Last updated October 2026.

Who we are

TKLCare Limited (company number 14072269), 429-431 Rainham Road South, Dagenham, RM10 8XE, is the data controller for information collected through this website. If you have any questions about this notice or how we use your data, contact us on 07378 842557 or by email at info@tklcare.co.uk or tklcare@yahoo.com.

What we collect

If you use our enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, telephone number (optional), the reason for your enquiry and the message you write. Please do not include more sensitive details than you are comfortable sharing, as we can discuss these when we speak.

Job applications

If you apply for a job through our Careers page, we collect the information you enter on the application form, including your contact details, right to work, education and employment history, references, and any CV you attach. The form also asks about criminal convictions and disability because the role involves working with vulnerable people and we must make reasonable adjustments. Equal opportunities monitoring answers are optional and are sent to us separately from your application, without your name. We use this information only to consider you for work and to meet our legal duties as a care provider. Your application is emailed to our recruitment inboxes and is not stored on this website. We keep applications only for as long as we need them for recruitment.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use this information to respond to your enquiry and, if you decide to go ahead, to begin arranging care. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and taking steps at your request. For job enquiries, we use your information to consider you for work.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or use it for marketing. Enquiries are sent to us by email, so our website hosting and email providers handle the information on our behalf. We share information with others only if you ask us to, or if the law requires.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a service are normally deleted within 12 months. If you become a service user, your information is then held under our care records policy, and you will be given a separate privacy notice. This website does not store enquiries on the server.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it or restrict how we use it, and object to our use of it. To do any of these, contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
