Home / Services
Our services
Support that is shaped around you. Combine services as you need them, and change them as your needs change.
Medication support
Reminders and practical help to take your medicines as prescribed, with every dose recorded accurately.
Only carers who have been trained and checked as competent help with medicines.
We work with your GP and pharmacist, and tell them promptly if something changes or goes wrong.
Meals and nutrition
Preparing food you enjoy, and keeping an eye on whether you are eating and drinking enough.
We follow your tastes, cultural and religious needs, allergies and any advice from a dietitian or speech and language therapist.
If we notice a change in appetite or weight, we talk to you and, with your agreement, let your GP know.
Companionship and community
Company, conversation and trips out, so that staying at home does not mean being on your own.
Visits to the shops, a garden centre, a place of worship or a friend’s house.
Support to keep up the hobbies and routines that matter to you.
Dementia care
Calm, consistent support from carers who learn your routines and what reassures you.
We aim to send the same small team of carers so that faces and routines stay familiar.
We involve family and friends and adapt your plan as things change.
Respite care
A break for family carers, with the person they look after in safe, kind hands.
Regular sessions, a few hours, or a longer stretch while you rest, work or travel.
We take time beforehand to learn how you do things so the routine feels familiar.
Live-in and overnight care
When regular visits are not enough, a carer can stay with you through the night or live in your home.
Continuous support while you stay in the home you know, close to your belongings and neighbours.
Ask us what is possible for your situation, and we will be honest about what we can and cannot provide.
End-of-life care
Gentle, dignified support for people nearing the end of life, and for the families who love them.
We work alongside your GP and community nurses and follow your wishes and any advance care plan.
Our carers are there to listen as well as to help.
Coming home from hospital
Practical support in the first weeks after a hospital stay, while you get back on your feet.
We can start quickly where possible, and review support often as you recover.
We liaise with hospital discharge teams, social workers and family.
Paying for care
Care can be funded in several ways: by your local authority after a needs assessment, by the NHS where you qualify for NHS Continuing Healthcare, through a personal budget or direct payment, or privately.
If you are not sure which applies to you, ask us. We will explain the options, and we can work alongside your social worker or care manager. Your written service agreement will set out our charges and notice periods clearly before anything begins.

Not sure what you need? Talk it through with us.
There is no obligation. Call and tell us what is happening, and we will explain what support could look like.
