Work with us

We are looking for kind, reliable people who want to make a real difference to someone’s day, every day.

A career in care

Care work is skilled, rewarding and never dull. As a TKLCare carer you will support people to keep their independence, and you will get to know them well enough to notice the small things that matter.

What we look for

  • Warmth, patience and a respectful approach.
  • Reliability. People depend on you being there.
  • The right to work in the UK, and willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check and provide references.
  • Previous care experience is welcome, but not essential. We train new carers.
  • A driving licence or good local transport links can be helpful.

What we offer

  • An induction and the Care Certificate for those new to care.
  • Ongoing training, supervision and support from a manager who knows you.
  • Consistent rotas where possible, so you build real relationships.

We are an equal opportunities employer. We welcome applications from everyone, whatever your age, background, disability, gender, race, religion or belief, or sexual orientation.
